When one falls in love with a particular design or motif, it easily keeps coming back to the imagination. This happened to Margherita Vellini in her encounter with the Japanese Sakura, the driving force behind the lamps RAMAGE, sources of light capable of ‘blossoming’ in essential terrain as well as of placing themselves naturally in exotic atmospheres. For this creation too, Margherita starts with a pencil, freehand to draw directly on the clay, and then carves the interlacing of peach blossoms into a harmonious composition that is never the same.
The various sizes of the lamps can be adapted to different supports in the home:
50 cm diameter: ground, shallow and deep stands, covered terraces, wintergarden.
35/25 cm diameter: living room furniture, tables, consoles, minibars, chests, entrance furniture,
chests of drawers, desks, island counter, sideboards, weekly chests.
15/20 cm diameter: bookcases, shelves, bedside tables, small living room tables, pianos, windowsills.
Margherita Vellini’s ceramic lamps are handcrafted products, unique pieces that are carved and painted by hand. Consequently, the measurements, carvings and colours are to be considered as guidelines, as they may undergo slight variations during the numerous processing phases.
